Shipping Policy
Every order is prepared and wrapped by hand before it leaves us. Here is what to expect for processing, delivery and destinations.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates and across the GCC: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation, and then a dispatch notification once your order is on its way.
3. Delivery times and cost
United Arab Emirates: complimentary express delivery, typically within 1–2 business days.
Other GCC countries: usually 3–7 business days. Any shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
4. Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email so you can follow your order to your door.
5. Customs and duties
For deliveries outside the UAE, any customs duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. These are not included in the price shown at checkout.
6. Addresses and contact
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct — we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. If your order is delayed or you have a question, email info@hekaya.ae.
