This website is operated by Hekaya LLC, a company licensed by Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone in the United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence 2646976.01). References to “Hekaya”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Hekaya LLC. You can reach us at info@hekaya.ae.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when placing an order.

Our pieces are hand-finished from natural leather. Slight variations in grain, colour and texture are inherent to the material and are not defects. Product images are for illustration; colours may vary slightly with your screen.

All prices are shown in UAE dirham (AED) and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, and add or withdraw products, at any time before you place an order.

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not by itself form a contract. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price is clearly incorrect, or payment is not authorised — and will refund any amount already paid.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major cards and Apple Pay, and instalments through Tabby and Tamara where available. Your full card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our servers. Payment is taken at checkout.

We ship across the United Arab Emirates and the GCC. Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

You may return eligible items within 14 days as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Made-to-order or personalised pieces may not be returnable. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible at info@hekaya.ae and we will do our best to stop it.

The Hekaya name, logo, designs, text, images and all other content on this site are owned by or licensed to Hekaya LLC and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

We take care to describe our products accurately and to fulfil orders diligently. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. Any dispute will be subject to the competent authorities of the UAE. Consumer rights under UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law remain unaffected.
